Glute Game

You may think that when you head out for a run that your glutes automatically drive your stride. Sorry to say that may not necessarily be true. In fact, if you are quad dominant or a big part of your day involves sitting, chances are your butt is snoozing while you are running. There are lots of ways to fire up your fanny before you pound the pavement, like the AB-EZE moves in the video below, which will make your running more efficient and result in less injury.
