Order Terms & Conditions for AB-EZE Products

Lost or Stolen Packages: When a delivery confirmation/tracking number is provided, Mukti Life, LLC (“Mukti”) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier claims delivery. If you do not receive a package in which delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we will help you to contact the carrier to try and resolve the issue but we are not liable for a lost package.

Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to Mukti due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Mukti is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Return and Exchange Policy
We at Mukti Life strive to make you feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) based on our Return and Exchange Policy.
We have a 30 day, 100% money-back, satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase and a one year limited replacement warranty in the unlikely event of defects in the product’s materials or manufacturing. See Warranty Policy.
All Returns and Exchanges are subject to inspection by us to ensure that the conditions of return or exchange have been met.
Refunds are issued to original purchaser only when requested with original sales receipt.
Mukti Life reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange of AB-EZE merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange will not be granted.

Here are the basic steps:

  • Pack the item securely.
  • Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.
  • If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number, and date of purchase.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Mukti Life is not responsible for any lost and/or stolen packages on the return.

If you are due for a refund, you can expect a refund within 60 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to you to the same form of payment used in your original purchase. If you are due for an exchange, you can expect an exchange within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
